1. Delivery Zones and Rates

Standard Delivery 5-10 Days

2. Processing and Delivery Times

The total time to receive your order consists of preparation time and transport time:

Processing time (preparation): All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery (transport) times:

Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you with a tracking number. This will allow you to track in real time the journey of your PC protection to your home or office.

4. High-Security Protective Packaging

Because we sell products to protect your computers, we apply the same high standards to our own parcels. All our hulls, covers and screen protectors are packed in reinforced cartons or high-density bubble wraps to prevent any twisting or scratching during transit.

 

 

5. Delivery Problem; Damaged Package Issues

If your package arrives damaged or if the product inside has suffered an impact during transport:

Take a photo of the package and the damaged PC protection.
