Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same unworn or unused condition as you received it, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and address it.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Cooling-off period of 14 days in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and displayed by your bank or credit card company.
